- Evolving delivery processes to align with the mobile apps platforms
- Ensuring systems are fit for purpose, well architected and follow current development practices
- Maintaining platform health ensuring that our systems are secure, reliable, resilient, and cost effective

- Delivered complex software solutions in complex environments
- Built solutions in multiple stacks and language
- Grown engineers personal and technical skills through coaching or mentoring
- Expert knowledge in at least one leading Mobile Apps technology(iOS, Android)
- Creates software in at least two modern software development languages
- Working knowledge of modern web stacks e.g. React, Redux, Elm
