Develop, monitor and continually update long term information technology architecture, roadmaps and annual plans.
Provide leadership over IT architects across Asia in addition to matrix management of departmental architects and technical leaders as required.
Facilitate an effective function or program, including the coordination of an appropriately balanced pursuit of enterprise business, information, technical and solution architecture viewpoints.
Simplify the IT landscape by reducing complexity, diversity of solution and establishing consistency of approach within IT.

Wide technical knowledges on Application Development, Microservices, Cloud Emerging Technologies and so on.
8+ years of experience managing regional and global software delivery and architecture teams preferably in the insurance or financial services industries
5+ years’ experience with IT Governance in multi-business unit environments (decision rights)
Expertise and implementation experience in EnterpriseArchitecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman and other associated frameworks.
Expertise in the use of Enterprise Architecture tools and systems
