To evaluate, recommend, collect and confirm requirements of service requests with requestors.
To design and propose solutions for service requests subject to constraints from compliances and operational capabilities.
To develop Technical Write-up, Project Costing, Work Order, Logical Physical Technology Model and Request For Quotation (RFQ) where required.
To brief, support and advice infrastructure Project Managers in the implementation of the services requested.
Collaborate with other professionals to determine the requirement for infrastructure solutioning.

Excellent knowledge of infrastructure design and architecture.
Excellent knowledge Virtual Machine Server(VM), Network, Storage, Data Centre, Middleware and database.
High quality organizational and leadership skills.
